EMBRACING YOUR ASSIGNMENT

Hello Rex,

Thank you for this blog. That is exactly my situation and I needed that confirmation. God has been telling me that for weeks now and I've been fighting it aggressively. I've been walking in disobedience too long. I want his will for my life and nothing else. Giving it all to him sounds simple but it's the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Now I pray that the Holy Spirit gives me the strength to accomplish his mission in my life.

God Bless.

Rex, Thank you for your great words of wisdom. I need to remember that I am right where God wants me for now. I have been busy for many years raising a family and now I am entering my senior years and praying that God will lead me where He wants me. I have a tendency to want to run ahead of God but I have done that in the past and realized it was my idea and not His plan, ultimately it bore no lasting fruit. So I appreciate your words and just rest in His will for me.
